The Shippensburg University Community Orchestra and Concert Choir come together to present one of the greatest masterpieces of the classical era, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Requiem.  Mozart’s Requiem compels with its rich palette of musical flavors, from the plaintive “Lacrimosa” to the forceful “Dies Irae” – a musical treat for the Shippensburg community!  The concert will be conducted by Dr. Mark Hartman and the choir will be directed by Dr. Elizabeth Lins Shoenfelt. Featured soloists include Elizabeth Shoenfelt, soprano, Leah Kaye Serr, contralto, Christyan Seay, tenor, and James Martin, bass. Admission to the concert is free of charge.
